Information for Insurance
We are a non-assignment office, so payment is expected at time of service but we are happy to help submit your claims to your insurance company electronically provided your insurer accepts electronic claims and you have provided us with the necessary information. This can speed up the process of you receiving reimbursement for fees paid but please be aware your coverage may be limited by your contract with your insurer and all fees may not be covered. We do not have any information regarding your personal policy and cannot access any details of your policy due to the privacy legislation of Ontario.
We kindly accept payments by Visa, Master Card, Debit, AMEX and Cash.
We do our best to remind you of your appointments using texts and e-mails but ultimately it is your responsibility to attend the appointment or cancel with sufficient notice. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than the required minimum of 1 (one) business day will be assessed a $50 fee.
